WEBSITE / EXPLORE PAGE - DESKTOP + MOBILE UX/UI DESIGN
JGive is a non-profit social startup with the goal of strengthening the culture of giving in Israel, increasing mutual responsibility in society, and encouraging people to engage in charity.

I chose to re-design their 'explore campaigns' page on their website, in order to make it more productive and improve the engagement of the users.
I was based on their brand's style guides.

The Problem
-
Bouncing out and abandonment of users while trying to search a campaign to donate to. As a result, low conversion of donors.
-
Most traffic (80%) comes from mobile, and the current version is not adaptive for the search.

> Issues with current 'Explore Page'
-
Filters are hidden when landing on the page.
-
No hierarchy or consistency.
-
Visual mess.
-
CTAs are not reflecting the process that the user should go.
-
No bread crumbs at all, the user is not sure where he's located.
-
When selecting filters, and choosing a campaign, the user can't know to which filter the campaign belongs.
-
Using phrases and keywords that are not familiar to the day-to-day user.
-
Filters are not sorted by categories or in alphabetical order.
-
The search bar is hard to locate and the results of each search are not always matching the keywords.
The Solution
Re-design the desktop and mobile version of the page, by emphasizing the user experience and based on the brand's style guidelines.
> Wireframing / Desktop
Reorder the data & information into components and strips

-
The Search bar placed as a page hero, for a quick search of a campaign.
-
The Filters combined and organized into 6 categories.

-
Presenting the 'Close to the goal' campaigns in order to encourage donations in helping to reach the goal.
-
Presenting the type of donation as more accessible to the user by using phrases and explanations of what they mean.

-
Using the ambassadors' type of donation in a more engaging way, by seeing all the ambassadors and their collecting status.
