MOBILE APP - UX DESIGN
An app for booking a car to go by avoiding all the long process of booking through a rental company.
The cars are spread around the city and the user can pick them up and returned them after he's done.
User Scenario
Tomer (38) lives in Tel Aviv and married to Rachel. He has a little boy named Guy. Tomer doesn't own a car, he moves around with bikes and public transportation. But every two weeks the whole family driving to visit his parents.
Tomer needs to rent a car, and it needs to be spacious and comfortable. It also should have a car seat for the baby, a top-notch safety system, and multimedia controls. He logs into the app and books the car of his choice and confirmes the booking. The next morning he navigates to the car, which was located close to him, and unlocks it by scanning the code. After getting in, the app informs him that the booking is now active. Tomer starts driving.
